Mini Top Hat Steampunk Cameo

This one of a kind miniature top hat is brown felt over a plastic base, so it is sturdy and light. The band is gold satin ribbon, accented with black, brown, tan, and patterned feathers and decorated with a plastic gold cameo brooch, an antique style brass/gold/black typewriter key, a brushed brass gear, and studs and jewels. This hat is held in place with a side comb, which I've found to be the most effective, as it allows for the hat to be worn in various positions without slippage or discomfort. It measures 5" long by 4.25" wide at the brim and from 2" to 4" tall, depending on the height of the feathers.
